Payment
All quoted prices are in Pounds Sterling. Various payment methods are accepted, including all major credit and debit cards. You agree to pay the prices displayed plus any applicable taxes and charges.
Figleaf endeavours to display accurate pricing but cannot be held liable for errors. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to pricing errors. If we charged your card incorrectly, placed you in credit or sent the wrong items, contact us promptly so we can rectify any mistakes.
Shipping and Delivery
We will pack and ship items according to the delivery option chosen at checkout. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days but cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping dates are estimates only.
Figleaf cannot accept liability for any losses arising from delayed delivery due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
You may be required to sign to accept delivery. You agree to inspect shipments promptly on arrival and notify us of any damage, errors, or missing items within 14 days of receiving them.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it to Figleaf within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags still attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or mis-shipped.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect returned items at our warehouse. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. Figleaf does not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
User Content
If you submit any material to the Site or participate in interactive features, you grant Figleaf a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify or display such content. This includes any text, images, audio, video and other files you upload.
